Warranty Period
Standard Whole Machine Warranty: Free warranty for the whole machine shall last 12 months starting from the date of qualified installation, commissioning and acceptance of equipment; original core electronic control, servo and sensor accessories enjoy a 12-month warranty.
The warranty period for customized non-standard production lines and exclusive software systems shall be subject to written agreements signed by both parties. Wearing parts (conveyor belts, bearings, cylinder sealing rings, cutting tools, etc.) are excluded from free warranty coverage.
After the expiration of the warranty period, our company provides lifelong maintenance and spare parts supply services at cost price.
After-Sales Response & On-site Service
The 7×24 after-sales hotline is on duty all year round. Technical specialists will contact customers for fault consultation within 15 minutes after receiving repair reports.
For customers within Guangdong Province with emergency shutdown faults: engineers will arrive on-site within 4 hours; key customers outside Guangdong Province will receive on-site support within 24 hours. Overseas customers will receive priority remote commissioning, and overseas technicians can be dispatched upon negotiation if necessary.
Remote Technical Support: Free online video guidance, remote program commissioning and fault troubleshooting services are provided without warranty period restrictions.
Free Warranty Service Scope
Within the warranty period, Rongjiu Intelligent Manufacturing provides the following free services for faults caused by defects in product materials, workmanship and original factory design:
Free replacement of faulty original spare parts;
Free on-site maintenance, commissioning and equipment calibration;
Free system program repair and basic software upgrade;
1 free on-site preventive inspection per year during the warranty period.
Exempted Chargable Maintenance Scenarios
Equipment damage under the following circumstances is not covered by free warranty, and our company may charge fees for spare parts, labor and travel expenses:
Customers fail to operate equipment in accordance with operation manuals, or privately modify and disassemble equipment;
Damage caused by unstable voltage, lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes and other natural disasters as well as abnormal power supply;
Faults caused by man-made collision, falling, foreign matter entering equipment, excessive dust or corrosion in workshop environment;
Secondary damage caused by unauthorized maintenance by third-party technicians and replacement of non-original spare parts;
Equipment faults beyond the warranty period and replacement of normally worn parts.
Return & Exchange Rules
Standard spot equipment: Unpacked, uninstalled and undamaged products can apply for unconditional return and exchange within 7 days after delivery, with customers bearing round-trip logistics costs;
Installed, commissioned and put-into-use equipment, customized non-standard equipment and exclusive software systems shall not be returned or exchanged after delivery and acceptance without major quality defects;
If the whole machine is confirmed to have unrepairable original factory quality defects after inspection, Rongjiu Intelligent Manufacturing shall replace it with a brand-new equipment of the same model free of charge.
Annual Maintenance Value-Added Service
Customers may voluntarily sign annual maintenance agreements to enjoy exclusive discounts:
Unlimited on-site maintenance and regular quarterly maintenance throughout the year;
20%–10% discount on spare parts purchase with priority production and delivery;
Free technical evaluation for equipment upgrade schemes and staff operation training;
Priority dispatching of technical engineers for emergency on-site maintenance for sudden faults.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from after-sales services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in Zhongshan City for litigation.
